Sorry for the down time. Our host seems to have died for some reason so now we're falling back to our backup free webhost.
I'll try to get the forum back up again soon-ish.

General Rules

- Scan your manga! Share!
- NO TRADES.
- Try not to ask us to move to another irc network.
- Try not to ask for voice.
- Channel commands that are permitted: !list & @find
- All scans released by the channel are not to be shared on any forum, outside channel FTP, or BT without the explicit permission of the scanner.
Type " !list " in the channel for ftps & fserves.
Fserv requirements:
- Silent + !list
- All /ctcp triggers. NEVER block detail sends.
- Zip/rar mangas by volume.
- Your fserve should have at least 3G worth of chinese manga. They should be easy to find. (Properly labelled folders & zipped files)
- Minimum of 10 total queues for manga. The purpose of the fserv is to let other people download from you.
